I'm a Brit with a very warped sense of humor. I live just North of Longmont, even though the "office" is in Arvada. I do concentrate my efforts to the North of Denver up to the Wyoming state line, but I am always happy to travel.
When I work for you as a Buyers agent, I have your Fiduciary Interests at heart. Some people like to work directly with the sellers agent, thinking that they can save money by having the selling broker work as a Transaction Co-ordinator. Well that would be like being in court and having the prosecutor representing you! The sellers agent has already provided advice to the seller so they will not be looking after your best interests.
When I work as the Sellers Agent, I will not "double end" the deal by also working with the buyer. We have a large enough brokerage of professionals and I would pass any buyer over to one of my colleagues who is a specialist in that area.
Working this way, I can provide both sellers and buyers with the proper representation on your property adventure.
